Browser Support

Sherpa° SDK and Embedded Elements are supported in most modern browsers. To provide the best experience to the majority of customers, we do not support browsers that no longer receive security updates and represent a small minority of traffic.

Sherpa° SDK is built and tested to work in the following desktop web browsers. It may work in other browsers, but these are not officially supported.

Due to their 6-week release cycles, we only support the latest versions of Chrome and Firefox.

To ensure we can deliver a consistent experience for our customers, we provide you with the most up-to-date information on upcoming deprecations of browsers we support which is reviewed on a regular basis.

TLS/SSL Best Practices

Sherpa° supports Transport Layer Security (TLS) version 1.3 as a default and provide support for older versions.
